Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer – Fort Lauderdale FL

Responsibilities

As Cabinet Designer, you will:

  • Creating cabinet designs using 20/20 software to meet job specifications
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
  • Prepare job quotations and submittals
  • Continually enhance skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image and keep abreast of trends in design
  • Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but prior experience in sales within our industry will be considered.  A successful Cabinet Designer will possess the following:

  • 2 to 4 years experience with interior design
  • Knowledge of 20/20 or AutoCAD design software
  • House call and interior installation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Extensive cabinetry product knowledge
  • Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
